Training Supervisor

The Role:

Successful Candidates will be providing supervision and training for security officers working a major construction project on a shift pattern of days, nights and weekends averaging 50 hours per week. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Train and coach new staff in conjunction with the Training and Development Manager
• Complete key site visits whilst recording staff welfare checks
• Liaising closely with the Area Operations Manager whilst providing operational support as and when required.   
• Performing Audits and Inspections of Security Services and personnel ensuring that strict protocols are consistently maintained.
• Implementation of timely management reporting.
• Promote, maintain, and comply with Health and Safety legislation
• Any other duties commensurate with the role

Candidate Requirements:

• A valid SIA Licence
• A commitment to providing first class customer service
• Clear communication skills & good report writing ability

Salary: £12.00 an hour

Schedule: Average 50-hour week on a shift pattern including days, nights and weekends 

Experience: Minimum 2 years of security experience (prefferred)

Licence/Certification:

• SIA (essential)
• Clean Driving Licence  
• CSCS (optional)
